If you haven't received a booking confirmation email from us within 1 hour of making your booking, send an email to:

along with the following information:

Full name:
Email address used to book the room:
Dates of stay period:
Property name:
Payment method: 
Attach the payment proof as well.


We will then get back to you regarding the booking confirmation status.


However, if you made the booking via Other Online Travel Agent, we humbly advise you to contact the respective OTA customer service.
