Get connected to our Customer Support by doing the following steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of RedDoorz App
  2. Go to your profile and click the "Contact us" menu
  3. Then click the "Need More Help" button at the bottom of the page
  4. You will be connected to our AI-powered bot where you can find more help and assistance
  5. If you want to be connected to our Agent then simply type "Connect me to an agent" in the chat box
