Manual input:
- Corporate booking BID start with CORPRD not CORPD, payment channel PAH. manual input corp sales tidak bisa send payment link, jadi kalo sales mau prepaid bookingan manual input, harus transfer ke rekening RD.
- Booking ID manual input corporate start 5 November 2025 diinput menggunakan BID CORPRD9701120, CORPRD9701121 dst. tolong jangan ditambah-tambah lagi digitnya dan kalo ada manual input beberapa bookingan dalam 1 email, tetep diurutin sesuai angka terakhir (ex: CORPRD9701122, CORPRD9701123, CORPRD9701124 dst) bukan pake A B C (CORPRD9701122 A, CORPRD9701122 B, CORPRD9701122 C dst). BID A B C dst digunakan untuk split dan reactive bukan manual input.
- Walk in booking BID start with WI not WIH, make sure source Walk In Property bukan Walk In RedDoorz

Shorten booking:
- Shorten booking prepaid: Kalo ada issue bookingan yg perlu dishorten, usahain untuk split bookingan (1 bookingan confirmed dan 1 bookingan cancel). please check BID 1940635264 and 1940635264 A for reference.
- Shorten booking PAH: no need to split
Reactive Booking:
- Reactive bookingan no show untuk payment PAH dan Prepaid payment channel other, original booking dicancel (make sure juga no show fee dan refund amount 0).
- Reactive booking untuk payment channel VCC, original booking tetap no show.
- Reactive booking PAH (direct dan corp) payment channel juga PAH, Booking.com payment channel other
- Reactive corporate booking make sure input sales agent name dan client ID
- Reactive reseller booking make sure input sales agent name, total receivable dan commission sesuai original booking
- Reactive pemesanan refusal prepaid:
- Direct dicek terlebih dahulu di menu Reddoorz refund untuk cek sudah direfund atau belum. kalo sudah direfund, suggest property untuk input as walk in
- Booking.com please ask senior team apakah vcc masih aktif atau tidak. jika masih aktif, minta senior team untuk charge vcc sebelum reactive. untuk bank transfer, jika sudah email ke bcom, suggest property untuk input as walk in
- Agoda suggest property untuk input as walk in
- OTA lain jika sudah send email outbound cancellation ke OTA suggest property untuk input as walk in, ditakutkan OTA tidak membayar karena sudah ada proof email cancel
Modify booking (reloc, modify room type, date if any issue):
- OTA booking make sure amount per room, gross amount dan total receivable sesuai harga awal (please check history)
- Reseller dan Direct (affiliate) prepaid make sure amount per room, gross amount, total receivable dan commission sesuai
- Reseller PAH suggest cancel rebook
Refund and other:
- Refund Agoda dan Booking.com (payment channel VCC) tolong info detail apakah full atau partial refund, untuk partial boleh diinfo amount refund (refer to price on vcr or extranet). collby diisi refusal/complain due to apa, bukan cuma refer to ticket dan collby diisi di MO sebelum req ke tim senior
- Pengecekan detail pemesanan Booking.com ada atau tidak detail CC nya bisa di cek di redcm
