Booking RedDoorz App/Website
For cancellation of the reservation made through the RedDoorz application/website, you can directly access the following link: https://www.reddoorz.com/en-id/my-bookings
Or please do it by following these steps:
- In your RedDoorz application. Please click "my order" or "my booking" menu
- Select and click the booking that you want to cancel
- If the policy indicated that the booking is "Non Refundable" , then the order cannot be canceled with a refund. If its refundable, the cancellation fee and the amount of the refund will refer to the cancellation policy stated on the booking voucher
- After clicking the cancel button via RedDoorz application. For the next step, you will be guided to fill in the account number details. Please make sure to input the data correctly and completely to avoid problems with the refund process (rejection from the bank) and We suggest you to always update the latest version of our RedDoorz app
Booking via Other Online Travel Agent (OTA)
If you made a reservation through an Online Travel Agent (ie: pegipegi, Agoda, booking.com, expedia, travelbook, ctrip, etc) kindly contact your OTA for cancellation or modification requests
