Booking via RedDoorz App/Website
For booking modification made through the RedDoorz application/website, you can directly access the following link: https://www.reddoorz.com/en-id/my-bookings
Or please do it by following these steps:
- In your RedDoorz application. Please click "my order" or "my booking" menu
- Select and click the booking that you want to modify
- Select "Help" menu then select "prepaid booking related"
- Adjust the check in period. Final rate would be adjusted as well
- Please read the Terms & Condition of the booking before doing modification. T&C indicates on the booking voucher/booking confirmation
- Please check your email for details of the new booking.
- Reservation under promo/sale cant be modified.
- Past dated check in period cant be modified

Booking via Other Online Travel Agent (OTA)
If you made a reservation through an Online Travel Agent (ie: pegipegi, Agoda, booking.com, expedia, travelbook, ctrip, etc) kindly contact your OTA for cancellation or modification requests
